The portable cooler has a black vinyl exterior, accented with a silver panel insert and coordinating cord piping. The best gift I ever got was a chimney sweep German Nutcracker for the holidays. I received this when I was a bout 15 yrs old. It started off a collection of German Nutcrackers which has grown to about 35-40. I have received the last five from my husband. He and I now know that the holidays are coming when I put them out.

The best tangible gift I ever received was on my birthday 2 years ago when my first little boy came into the world. We definitely weren’t planning for a birthday baby, but he held out just to be born on mommy’s birthday!

ok I am one of those who love the personalized gifts- I just got a reuseable bag with my dogs pictures on it- little things like that make me smile- I cannot take it with me so i want something i can use and brings a smile to my day.

Unknown to me, my mother and my husband collaborated on my Christmas gift a few years ago. I always wanted a Lane cedar chest and they went together to buy me one.
Christmas morning all that was under the tree for me was a small box. I opened it and it contained potatoes and a note that read:
“this is just small potatoes, your real gift is in the garage”.
Best gift I ever got, it was something I really wanted and the people that loved me best went out of their way to buy it for me.

My best birthday was my 21st birthday.. I was in the hospital with Pancreatitis couldn’t eat or drink but it was still the best. My family was with me.. my mom was with me most of all.. She passed 3 months after my birthday just a month after I left the hospital. (was in there for three months) My hubby bought me a camera.. I’m so happy he did because I have precious moments from that birthday that I can never take again

Oops in my first comment i forgot to say why! My bfs mom gave me a kitten for christmas in 2005. That kitty is in a close tie with the iMac my bf got me for christmas in 2007. The kitten was one of the best because at the time my bf was working overnights and i would be sad/lonely at night. My kitty would cuddle up with me and i would play with him. The iMac is up there because i never would have thought he would have gotten me something so expensive. I needed a new computer but planned on just dealing with my old slow pc but he knew i really loved the mac’s i used in college.

The best gift a ever received was a 1986 IBM personal computer in 1986. It was a state-of-the-art computer. I begged my mother to give me a birthday/christmas gift.
I got it with a floppy disk and hooked it up to my tv.
